Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must include all original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as clearance products, gift cards, or personalized items (if offered), may not be eligible for returns.
